Learn to eat for your health & longevity.

"MJ's approach is genius. She uses a 1-9 scale to encourage better lifestyle choices which truly helps to easily set daily goals and keep them in check without feeling like you have failed." – Alyse

Change isn’t easy, but it’s something you can achieve as long as you’re committed to making daily choices that bring lasting results. Some days you’ll have setbacks, but that’s simply an opportunity to recommit yourself to your goal. By eating better and knowing how to get the most from what you eat, you have all you need to take control of your own health.

PAST CLIENTS HAVE SAID:

"MJ made me realize the common sense that's been lost in the way we eat. I have a much better understanding of the importance of nutrition and how it affects our health and well-being." - Gerry

"I thought I knew everything about eating healthy – boy, was I wrong! MJ is so knowledgeable and had the science to back up what she talked about. Everyone needs to take this class!" – Christine

BILLING & INSURANCE INFORMATION:

Most reputable insurance companies cover services for the treatment of obesity, weight management, eating disorders and chronic disease management as it relates to nutrition (such as diabetes and heart disease) with a Registered Dietitian.

I do not bill your insurance company.

Reimbursement is often more promising when recommended by your physician for a medical condition.  Ask your Doctor for a prescription to see a Registered Dietitian.

Dietitian reimbursement is also eligible with a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA) or health reimbursement arrangement (HRA).

I can/will provide you with a superbill (medical service receipt) which can be submitted to your insurance company. You will then be reimbursed directly. If you are relying on reimbursement, please call your insurance company prior to scheduling with WYNK to confirm they support reimbursement with a Registered Dietitian.

(1) Ask if a referral from your physician is required?  If so, your Doctor will provide.
(2) Ask if pre-authorization necessary?
(3) Any other requirements or restrictions?
(4) Once they confirm coverage is authorized, ask how to submit a superbill from your visit with the Registered Dietitian?
